Our impact
We send zero waste to landfill, procure 100% renewable electricity & reduce our food waste through partnerships such as Too Good To Go. Our packaging is made from recycled materials with 92% being recyclable, compostable or biodegradable. We have a net zero glide path in place for achieving net zero by 2045.
Our friends
We encourage our guests to make good food choices at great value for money. More than 70% of our menu is plant-based, with no artificial colours or preservatives & we offer lots of delicious options under 500 kcal - build yours on our food tracker.We provide an emergency services discount & every new restaurant we open donates hundreds of free burritos to the community.
Our family
People are the heart & soul of our business & we’re so proud of our diverse teams - all champions of gender, racial & social inclusion and equality. 100% of teams have access to DE&I training & mental health support & 100% of managers receive soft skills training to help with personal development.

For full transparency in our supply chain, we only work with a close network of like-minded, accredited partners who can assure our products are sustainably & ethically sourced from farm to fork. We’ve signed the Better Chicken Commitment & serve higher welfare meats in all of our restaurants.
