Join: Create your Burrito Society profile & start collecting stamps. 

Collect: When you visit in-store make sure you scan the QR code on your app before you pay. You will earn one stamp per transaction that exceeds £6.95 (double stamps for orders over £25). Unlock free guac at two stamps and a free main at five stamps. 

Redeem: A Free Main Reward includes burritos, bowls, salads, tres tacos, quesadillas and nachos queso, which can be redeemed in either medium or large size. *Excludes Fuel-Good Bowls.

Extra perks: Monthly surprises, upgrades, and double stamps! 

Expiry: If you do not complete an eligible transaction for a period of 12-months, any stamps you have earned will expire. If any of your stamps have already been allocated to a reward before expiry, those stamps will not expire, and the reward validity period will apply

Your stamp card rewards are valid for 90 days. Perks will be available on a more limited time offer.

If you are an existing customer: 

Download and open the Tortilla app on your device, and from the launch screen, tap ‘Log In’. Tap ‘I Forgot my Password’ and enter the email address associated with your original loyalty account. Type in the 4 digit confirmation code sent to your email address and type out your new password. Finally, tap ‘submit’ and you should be logged in automatically - keep your sign in information somewhere safe.  

If you are a new customer, download the Tortilla App and follow the instructions to sign up!

Unfortunately not, so you must remember to scan your card before you make your purchase to make sure it counts! 

Sorry, you can’t stack more than 1 Free Guac Reward or 1 Free Main Reward at a time. Make sure you redeem any existing valid rewards before completing your stamp card again.   

Promotions, rewards & discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo, reward or discount via the app or third-party partner. This means if you use a discount code (ie Student Beans 10% off) you will be unable to earn a stamp.

We have created the app to make your experience with Tortilla even better. We are going to be surprising you with more perks, more often!  

Your Tortilla loyalty card is valid in all stores apart from: Tortilla Euston, Tortilla Gatwick Airport, Bristol Airport, Stanstead Airport, Glasgow Airport, Glasgow Central Station, Manchester Piccadilly, Brunel University, Middlesex University, Sussex University, Swansea University, Leeds Station, Liverpool Street Station, London Victoria Station (these are run by our franchise partners). Ask the team when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant.

Once you log into the Tortilla app you can follow the link to download your loyalty card to your phone wallet. This way it is always at the ready and will ensure you collect all the stamps you are entitled to.  

In the app, tap ‘Profile’ then ‘My Account’.

You can view all of your account activity including purchases in the ‘My Activity’ section of your profile tab. Tap on your profile picture from the homepage to view your profile page.

We accept any debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard and AMEX where supported.

Tap our ordering button on the app homepage, make sure you are ordering for the location you'd like to collect from, then select what you'd like to purchase from one of our menu's categories, tap view basket, review your order then tap pay to send your order straight to us.
