Summer Edit: Suns Out, Caesars in.
We've taken the classic Caesar and given it a Tortilla twist. Brighter and bolder, with all the crunch you want on a hot summer's day. This food that fits the flow of summer, light enough to keep you moving and satisfying enough to keep you going.

Meet the Cali Caesar
Crisp cos lettuce, extra chicken asado for a protein boost, smoky chorizo (bacon who?), loaded with creamy cali caesar dressing, Monterey Jack cheese and finished with crushed tortilla chips, the plot twist.
Cali Caesar comes two ways, all wrapped up tortilla style or piled high as a salad. Take your pick.

The secret weapon
Our house-made Cali Caesar dressing is the powerhouse behind the whole Caesar range. We took then classic recipe and gave it the Tortilla treatment. It’s creamy and rich with deep umami flavour, finished with a smoky chipotle kick.
Taste it in the Caesar. Level up your go-to build. Or go a little rogue and dip your tortilla chips straight in.

The inspo behind the edit
Here's a story you might not know: the Caesar salad wasn't born in Italy. It was created by restaurateur Caesar Cardini in Tijuana in 1924, where Mexico meets California. This is the same crossroads that inspires Tortilla's California-style Mexican food, which makes the Caesar flavour the perfect inspiration for our summer edit.
Born in Mexico. Loved by the world. Made for Tortilla.
