THE EVIDENCE
Golden and ridiculously crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. Rolled in cinnamon sugar until every inch is coated. Served alongside a a rich and velvety chocolate dip (which is kind of stealing the show).
We've been developing this one for a while, and rather than quietly slipping it onto the menu, we're doing things properly: a trial, four sites, and a jury.
