The Promoters of the Win a Trip to Mexico promotion are Mexican Grill Ltd t/a Tortilla and Teletext Ltd.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize is a holiday for 2 people (all inclusive), staying 7 nights at the 5-star Grand Oasis Hotel* in 2018 (between 04/06/2018 and 31/12/18, excluding Christmas 2018, bank holidays, midterm breaks and Thanksgiving). Flights and transfers included.
*Alternative accommodation may be made if circumstances beyond the control of the Promoters occur.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and subject to availability. In the event of the advertised prize being unavailable the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater value.
The competition is open to those living in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees associated with the Promoters and their associated companies or families.
Spending money, travel insurance, visas, other modes of transport or any other expenses incurred such as telephone calls, laundry, food, drinks, tips etc. are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to settle.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and organise a visa, if necessary, for the holiday. The Promoters accept no responsibility for the cost and organisation of travel documentation.
Flight departures and times are dependent on availability. Teletext Ltd will aim to organise departure and return flights to and from the closest main city airport as possible, however transport to and from the UK airport is at the cost and responsibility of the prize winner. Transfers in Mexico are included.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. Entrants enter via the online form posted on tortilla.co.uk or a manual entry form in a Tortilla store nationwide (place in the entry box).
An entry is only valid if you answer the question and complete all fields marked with an *. In-complete entries will not be added into the competition.
Entrants may only enter this competition once online and as many times as they wish in-store.
The closing date for entry is 11.59pm on 03/06/18 for online entries and at the time of store close on 03/06/18. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email or telephone) within 13 days of the closing date with details of how to claim their prize.
The Promoters will announce the winner on their Social Media channels, using their full name. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner of the holiday must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If they fail to do so, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
The selected winner will be put in contact with the Teletext Ltd’s fulfilment partner to arrange booking via phone. If the Teletext Ltd (or their partner) cannot get in contact within 3 attempts and 7 days of picking the winner, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner selected.
Entrants who tick the email opt in box are agreeing to receive regular email communications from either of the Promoters. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails from the Promoters they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The Promoters do not sell or share your data with any other company. However, for the prize winner only, we may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity associated with the prize.
Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. Teletext Ltd reserve the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and age and address before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, Teletext Ltd shall, at its discretion, require any person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred) prior to releasing the prize.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or connected to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Any data provided is provided to the Promoters.
The Promoters shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date if circumstances beyond their control occur.
These rules are governed by the laws of England, Wales and Republic of Ireland and all parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.

Mexican Grill t/a Tortilla Ltd has commissioned Market Force Information to conduct market research into the usage of Tortilla locations around the country.
Our (very) old paper loyalty cards are no longer valid. Pop in store and grab a new electronic card to start earning points.
Once you’ve registered your card online, you’re eligible to receive one (1) ‘virtual’ point per day, when you buy any meal (to the value of £5 or more) in-store or via click & collect. Simply enter your loyalty card details vie click & collect or hand your physical card to the crew to swipe at the till, before completing the purchase (payment). Sadly we can’t add points manually if you forgot to swipe your card – sorry about that.
When you’ve received five (5) points, you’ll score a free bag of tortilla chips with a single shot of salsa on your 6th visit. Another five (5) points (ten total), gets you a free burrito on your 11th visit! Redeem these items in-store by swiping your card at the till – the virtual offers will automatically be on there. Once you’ve earned 10 points, you’ll need to redeem your freebies before you can start earning more.
Loyalty cards have no cash value and cannot be swapped or changed for an alternative product/discount. Tortilla reserves the right to refuse/withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
