Every so often we have a pretty wicked time opening our newest stores with launch parties, competitions and lots of giveaways! But like all good things, there are some key points to note:

  1. Free Food Events: To attend our events you must have a valid invite. You can get this by either signing up via Facebook to our event prior to the night or you can grab a flyer from one of the staff members on the day of the event. Each person attending must have an invite and you must show it at the door to get entry. The free food shout allows you to grab any main you wish and a soft drink on us. Alcohol isn’t included in the offer (you’ll need to pay for this) and it won’t be available via Deliveroo or Click & Collect. We take lots of great pictures and videos at these events and by participating, you give us permission to use your image in our future marketing or training material (online and print). If you have any issues with this but REALLY want a burrito, you must let staff know at the time of the event and they will ensure you’re not in any promotional shots.
  2.  2-for-1: You can grab 2 mains for the price 1. Each person can only order 2 mains max. You pay for the more expensive option, the cheaper one is free. The offer only applies to mains (burrito, naked burrito, tres tacos + quesadillas and nachos after 3pm). The offer is valid for a limited time only (see in store marketing material for dates) and it’s at the discretion of the store to remove the offer if they feel fit. This offer is not available with other offers/discounts, online or via third parties.
  3. Double Points: for a short period after opening we offer DOUBLE POINTS at the new store. The standard rules apply, you just get 2 points instead of one- check out the T&Cs further down on this page regarding these two offers and how they work.


Wi-Fi is available free in stores. By accessing it and registering your details, you are giving Tortilla permission to send you direct marketing material & use your details to advertising through social media platforms. If you do not wish to be signed up to our database or receive marketing through digital channels please email goodburrito@tortilla.co.uk and request removal.

Once logged in there are some rules you need to follow:

(a) You must be a paying customer of Tortilla to access the Wi-Fi, we won’t ask for proof. Just your honesty.
(b) Do not use the service to make offensive or nuisance communications in whatever form. Such usage includes posting, transmitting, uploading, downloading or otherwise facilitating any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, immoral, improper, a nuisance, obscene, hateful, abusive, harmful (including but not limited to viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs), a breach of privacy, or which is otherwise objectionable. If this happens, we’ll have to remove access for EVERYONE.
(c) You must be 18 years or older to access the Wi-Fi. There are no security settings or restrictions placed on the Wi-Fi, therefore adult supervision is recommended at all times.
(d) Do not act nor knowingly permit others to act in such a way that the operation of the Service or our systems will be jeopardized or impaired. We need the internet to keep the store running. Any miss use will void Wi-Fi access to the public.
(e) Tortilla holds no accountability for security of personal information, corrupted equipment or viruses transferred whilst using the Wi-Fi in stores. By registering to our service you take full responsibility of any damage to your software or equipment that may occur.
(f) Tortilla cannot guarantee a fast/stable connection to the Wi-Fi. It is advised not to use personal accounts or access private information via this service.
(g) The Service is used in accordance with any third party policies for acceptable use or any relevant internet standards (where applicable).
(h) You also agree not to modify the Wi-Fi settings or use the service for any fraudulent purpose, or in such a way as to create damage or risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, third parties or to the public generally.


We have a something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan or Halal there’s an option at all Tortilla’s across the UK. If you’ve got a particular allergen, please make sure you make a clear comment in the applicable note boxes. It’s important to note that although we do not use nuts in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee that our suppliers package their goods in a nut-free environment.


Once you place your order it gets sent to the store to be made. If you need to cancel the order send an email to goodburrito@tortilla.co.uk or contact the store direct and we will endeavour to cancel the order and refund your payment if the meal hasn’t yet been made.

Alcohol is available at select stores however alcohol is not for sale to people under the age of 18. By placing an order for alcohol products via our online ordering service you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. Identification will be requested at all times.

The following offers and discounts are not available via click & collect or other online ordering/ third party sites. To redeem discounts/offers you must make the order in store and bring with you proof of the offer.

While we make every effort to complete the order by the time you specify on the website, from time to time things may hinder our ability to complete the order on-time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When collecting an order, we may request that you present the card used to place the order as proof of identification. As a result, please bring your card with you when collecting.

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the items in the order form. It may be necessary for us to refuse the order under certain circumstances. We reserve this right. Orders are subject to availability of products in the store. In certain cases we may substitute similar products or food toppings as and when required. If we are unable to provide an appropriate substitute we will refund the value of any products not fulfilled in the order.

Remember, you need to be over 18yo to order alcohol – all online orders will require ID on pick-up as proof of age


We currently use the third party site, Deliveroo for delivery – if you experience any issues, in first instants please contact them direct and they can rectify it.

Paper Cards – Sorry guys, these aren’t redeemable anymore! Just pop in store & change it out for a digital one when you next visit us.
Loyalty Card (Electronic)
Upon ordering any main meal (burrito, naked burrito or tres tacos) of any size, you are eligible to receive one (1) ‘virtual’ point per order on your electronic loyalty card, per day across all Tortilla stores. Before paying, simply hand your card to staff and they will swipe it to claim. Points are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Once you’ve received five (5) points, you’re eligible for a free bag of tortilla chips and a single shot of salsa on your 6th visit. Once you’ve collected an additional five (5) points (ten total). You can then receive a free medium burrito on your 11th visit. Loyalty cards have no cash value and cannot be swapped or changed for an alternative product/discount. You must register your card before being able to claim any loyalty products, you can do this online by visiting www.tortilla.co.uk. Tortilla reserves the right to refuse/withdraw or amend offer at any time without notice. Points cannot be added once order has been paid for, Tortilla reserve the right to refuse any cards which have been electronically tampered with and/or have technical issues. Points are now available for online orders over £5 (Yay)!


  • Valid in applicable stores only (advertised on marketing material) when you swipe your loyalty card
  • Not applicable on any third-party sites or via click and collect
  • Not applicable when another discount has been used to reduce the original value of the product below the minimum price threshold of £5
  • Not available after payment has been made, points must be collected at the time of making the transaction

Still living the care-free life of a student? We know how hard it can be to scrounge around a few pennies to pull together for a meal, so to help out, we now offer 10% off when you show us your valid Student ID. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Unfortunately, discount is not available on drinks, alcohol, online ordering or via third party sites. We also offer the same discount to our counter-parts in uniform – if you work for the NHS, Ambulance, police or fire services you too can get 10% off at Tortilla.

If you’re lucky enough to have won our ‘Win a year worth of Burritos competition’ then as per everything good, there’s a few things you need to know:

– The winner has 14 working days to confirm the acceptance of the prize, thereafter Tortilla will have the right to redraw a new prize-winner.
– The winner will be notified through the social media platform where they have uploaded their #eatsharelove photo.
– The prize includes one free burrito voucher per week over 52 weeks (one year).
